Author's supervision

At least four times a month, the designer comes to the facility to compare the completed stages of work with the plan, to identify and eliminate the smallest deviations that may somehow affect the further stages of work. At any time, the designer is available for consultations and, as necessary, responds to the requests of the manager, engineers and narrow-profile specialists. Moreover, he constantly maintains an online journal of author supervision, where he reports to the customer and the manager for each visit to the facility.
Indeed, we do not design something that cannot be translated into reality, and in the process of implementation, deviations from the originally laid down technical, engineering and design solutions are minimal. The process of implementing the design is a detailed step-by-step action plan, in which everything is extremely verified. But nevertheless, the need for certain adjustments, as a rule, arises: such is the specificity of all construction and finishing works. And the author's supervision is needed so that minor adjustments at the early stages do not entail the need for more significant changes in the future.
